Thank you for shopping with Budget Products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Requested within 14 days of delivery
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included

Items returned after the 14-day period, or that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts, may not be eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at budgetproducts.co@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos.
We will review your request and reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back before we approve your return and send you the return address. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not the item you ordered. In those cases, contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you may return it under this policy once it arrives.
